I'm having major issues. I've had really generally hard life. I've been bullied, picked on, and my mom was a major alcoholic and I had to deal with that almost ALL my life.

I have been trying medication for the past 6 months and even after doubling and tripling my dosage, changing medications, and fiddling with the dosage some more, I don't feel any different.

I'm 16, a female, and 105lbs. I take 200mg of zoloft, does that seem a little high? And can you build up a tolerance to it?

I started taking zoloft last night for depression and anxiety. And only got two hours of sleep. Then this morning I had no appetite, I was shaky and my heart felt like it was racing.

...and I'm not even taking them anymore! So I've been off Zoloft for several weeks and I am greatly concerned that I may have done some permanent damage to my body.
